A first at Fensterbau Frontale 2024: someco exhibits at its own stand

elumatec and sister companies showcase the full range of the Voilàp PVC division

At this year’s Fensterbau Frontale, which takes place in Nuremberg from 19 to 22 March 2024, for the first time the PVC specialists from elumatec AG present a stand which has been completely redesigned for the trade fair. The company will be exhibiting its comprehensive “someco” PVC range at Stand 512 in Hall 3A.

Since 2022, Voilàp S.p.A. has developed all products for PVC machining under the new brand name “someco”. Sawing centres, profile machining centres and products for assembly and logistics are produced at elumatec, while the welding and corner cleaning machines are produced at the Voilàp subsidiary emmegi. Global distribution of someco products is split between the sister companies. This bundling of PVC expertise across all Voilàp subsidiaries means that the Voilàp Group can offer customers in the PVC sector a consolidated product range.

“Showcasing the someco brand for the first time at this year’s trade fair isn’t just the logical result of the bundling of expertise within our group – it also offers absolute added value for our customers.  Our international and cross-company Sales team will provide all the information visitors need about our forward-thinking machine and software solutions, which are designed to meet the highest technical specifications for efficient PVC profile machining”, says Paolo F. Bianchi, CEO of elumatec.

And visitors to the someco stand will discover something brand new: after the first module of the SBZ 625/26 high-performance sawing and profile machining centre was introduced at the in-house event “insight” 2023 in Mühlacker, the complete system will now be on display for the first time at Fensterbau, as previously announced.

“The new, innovative SBZ 625/26 all-in-one pass-through centre can do it all, with up to 50 axes and 11 sub-modules for comprehensive PVC profile machining – it’s a real masterpiece that will take our customers’ PVC production to the next level”, says a delighted Nebojsa Wosel, General Sales Director at elumatec AG. More information about the machine will be available on the elumatec website from mid-March.

Another product on show for the first time in Nuremberg will be the new someco CM 4H, a larger and enhanced version of the CM 1H milling machine which allows up to four profiles to be contoured at the same time.
Combined with the fully digitally controlled someco SM 4H CNC welding machine, the system is the ideal solution for seamless welding.

The third product making its debut at the someco stand is an innovative new glass pane bonding robot. This lifelike production assistant for manufacturing customers accelerates the process of bonding glass panes in window sashes and gives them structural strength.
