The Voilàp Group at Aluminium 2026 for aluminium profile processing
From the single entry-level machine to automated, interconnected lines:
this is the offering for aluminium profile processing that the Voilàp Group brought to Aluminium 2026, in Düsseldorf from 6 to 8 October, with the brands elumatec, Emmegi and Tekna.
Under the motto “Innovation meets fascination”, real machines and digital applications showcased not individual product novelties, but complete production solutions.
New sectors, new needs: the One Company strategy of the Voilàp Group
The aluminium profile processing machines of the three brands are no longer used only in metal construction: about half of the elumatec, Emmegi and Tekna systems now operate in companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering sectors. Extruders, aluminium distributors and industrial contract manufacturers are also increasingly investing in in-house cutting and processing capacity.
To meet such diverse needs, the team of the three brands offered a range that goes from the single entry-level machine to automated, interconnected lines, in line with the Group’s One Company strategy: bringing together the expertise of the brands to simplify access to machines, software, services and automation.
“From an entry-level machine, a compact and fully connected workshop can grow, step by step,” explained Thomas Fischer, Managing Director of Emmegi Deutschland.
Cutting and CNC machining centres: the Group’s technologies at the show
Among the machines on display, two CNC machining centres. elumatec exhibited the SBZ 122/75, a five-axis machining centre for milling, drilling, threading and cutting of aluminium profiles and thin-walled steel: during processing the profile stays clamped, protecting delicate surfaces. Tekna was present with the TKE 938, with four controlled axes and a spindle that can be oriented from -90° to +90° to machine profiles on three sides without re-clamping.
For cutting, elumatec exhibited the automatic saw SAS, designed for large quantities, and Emmegi the double mitre saw Precision T2-HS, with two cutting heads that can be set at different angles.
From the single machine to continuous lines: automation for every production need
The theme of automation, from individual machines to material flows and continuous lines, accompanied the Group’s entire presence at the show. The offering was aimed both at companies that want to expand their production step by step and at industrial users with high volumes.
