Elumatec offers an extensive range of horizontal assembly tables for universal use. With their solid steel structure, our tables are suitable for all types of work tasks on sashes and frames, and they can be employed at any stage of the production process for different applications: as stand-alone assembly tables within production flows; as workstations in series; as line end processing tables or as temporary placement spaces for products.
The Elumatec offering includes models of different sizes to meet any type of need, with tables of up to 3 metres in length for processing large size products. All the assembly tables are height adjustable (from 85 to 100 cm), and they are equipped with a supporting surface with PVC slide bars and a storage tray for tools and accessories. They can also be mounted in modular systems for customised production lines.
The offer is completed with a range of optional accessories: brush strips, felt strips for wooden profiles, rubber strips for aluminium profiles, 4-fold compressed air connection, roller stands, tool trays and shelves.
