Elumatec automatic saws are machine tools designed to process aluminium for industrial applications, for high volume cutting of aluminium profile bars or for the construction of windows.
All Elumatec aluminium saws use the cutting from below method: this sawing technique guarantees optimal visibility for the operator, complete manoeuvring of the tool over the entire surface and the maximum use of the blade in the different directions. During the entire cutting process, safety is assured also by a profile lifting system on a single surface and by automatic shutoff at the end of the process. The saws are equipped with a digital display from which the machine tools can be easily configured and allowing the operator to set cutting depth manually. Among other functions, this device makes it possible to upload all profile bars to be used in the process to a database to facilitate identification and hence the required cutting procedure. In addition to the supply of basic tooling, all the machines feature the possibility of customising the saw based on operating requirements or on the preferences of clients in the industrial sector.
